**DANCEABILITY 4 DAY INTENSIVE COURSE**
DanceAbility Finland runs 4-day intensive (28 hours) courses introducing the DA methodology, exercises, and theory for immediate application in working or developing work focusing on inclusion. The course is applicable for dance educators, teachers, therapists, dancers and anyone interested in body language and communication. The skills developed during the intensive can be applied to any work with any denomination of people in facilitating inclusion and developing dance within local communities. The intensive builds a common ground of language including all expression and includes every body, fostering an atmosphere of creativity and equality.
TEACHER: Sally Davison has worked with inclusive dance for over 15 years and teaching DanceAbility for 11 years. Sally is the first Master DanceAbility Teacher in Finland.
If you are interested in hosting a DA Intensive or are interested in participating in one please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
We invite different teachers to facilitate workshops focusing on different themes. For example, previously there have been workshops working with puppets, elemental, environmental, somatic costume and improvisation (please check past events).
We are interested in supporting skill development so there is a certain kind of workshop you would be interested in – let us know. Alternately if you would be interested in bringing your work to inclusive contexts please contact us.
